An electric wine full of tension and limestone minerality; this will have a long life--if you can leave it alone! Cedar, fresh tobacco, and blood orange aromas jump from the glass. Raspberry preserve and pomegranate zest fill out a nicely structured palate. Pair with grass-fed lamb lolli-pops and/or salade lyonnaise.
Aged 20 months in 45% new french oak.
