Usually relegated to use as a Bordeaux blending grape, this is our first ever bottling of this alluring variety. Dense and dark, this wine contains signature varietal aromas of lilac, dried sage, and blueberry. The concentrated palate leads to a long finish of black and blue fruits, and notes of white pepper. Pair with bangers and mash, or sip it with relish, all by itself.
Aged 20 months in 30% new French oak.
