We have traditionally used our Cabernet grown on sandstone soils as a blending component, but for vintage 2020, we are featuring this distinctive wine in a dedicated bottling that has turned out beautifully.
Captivating aromas of cola, chaparral and bay leaf introduce a rich palate of Acai, eucalyptus, blackberry, and vanilla. The mouthfeel is round and full of silky tannin. While it will lay down nicely for many years, you can enjoy it now with a grilled ribeye and scalloped potatoes.
